RETURN POLICY



In the event that the customer wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Specifically, the customer must pack the product well and send it by ELTA courier with RECEIVER'S COST!!!

After shipping, the customer must contact us at 261 261 5185 or by email at info@hechoropa.com and inform us of the shipping code as well as the new product they want to receive.

Once we receive the product and it meets the return terms, we will send the new product with a new shipment.

The cost of the new shipment is charged to the customer with 5 euros (provided it is not defective)
If the exchange or return is for a defective product or a shipping error of our company, the costs are borne by us and not the buyer.

In order to be returned, the products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification tag along with all the designer's fabric labels must be attached to the product, along with all the documents that accompanied it.

The customer is obliged to try the product he purchased without removing the tag, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

If all the above conditions are met, www.hechoropa.com is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of a higher value, the difference will be charged to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS – NON-RECEIPTS

Cancellation of an order that has been invoiced/packaged and delivered to the courier company by us is not accepted.

In the event of refusal to receive, indifference to receiving the order or similar malicious act on the part of the customer, HechoRopa reserves the right to resort to legal action in order to claim damages that may have arisen as a result of the customer's electronic or telephone order.

IN THE EVENT OF REFUSAL OF RECEIPT, NON-RECEIPT OF THE ORDER OR SIMILAR MALICIOUS ACT, THE BUYER IS OBLIGED TO PAY THE SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS OF THE PRODUCT AS WELL AS THE VAT ON THE RECEIPT THROUGH A BANK DEPOSIT.

HechoRopa will NOT execute an order from a customer with a history of repeated refusals to receive, cancellations, and/or returns using the cash on delivery payment method!!!!
