In case the customer wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 15 (FIFTEEN) calendar days from the date of receipt.

After sending the customer must contact us at 261 261 5185 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us about the shipping code as well as the new product he wants to receive
Once we have received the product and it complies with the terms of return then we will ship the new product with a new shipment
The cost of the new shipment is borne by the customer with EUR 4 (as long as it is not spring)
If the change or return is made for product defective or wrong shipping of our company we pay the shipping the cost.
In order to return the products lack they must be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification card with all the designer's textile labels must be attached to the product, together with all the documents that accompanied it.
The customer is obliged to test the product purchased without removing the tag, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

Cancellation of an order that has been invoiced/packaged and delivered to the courier company by US is not accepted.
In the event of refusal to receive, disregard of the receipt of the order or similar malicious act on the part of the customer, HechoRopa reserves the right to appeal to justice in order to claim damages that may have arisen as a result of electronic or telephone order of the customer.
IN CASE OF REFUSAL TO RECEIVE, NON-ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER OR SIMILAR MALICIOUS ACT THE BUYER IS OBLIGED TO DEPOSIT THE COSTS OF SHIPPING AND RETURN OF THE PRODUCT AS WELL AS THE VAT OF THE THROUGH BANK DOCUMENT
HechoRopa will not execute a customer's order with a history of repeated refusals, cancellations, and/or refunds with the payment method cash on delivery !!!!
