Cash on delivery , i.e. by paying in cash upon delivery of your order (valid only for shipments within Greece)

With credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You will be automatically transferred to the secure environment of Viva Wallet and complete your transaction there.

By depositing the value of your order into one of the following bank accounts. To complete your order via bank account, you must proceed to deposit the full amount into our bank account.     SHIPPING METHODS

    The products are shipped via ELTA courier , ACS Courier and BOX NOW.

    The estimated delivery time is (1-4) business days from the date of shipment (The date of shipment is NOT the 1st).

    If you place your order from Monday to Friday and until 1 pm, then the order will depart from us on the same day.

    If you place your order from Monday to Friday after 2 pm then the order will be dispatched the next working day by us.

    We do NOT ship on Saturday and Sunday.

    Shipping costs:

    2 euros shipping for orders up to 30 euros.
    FREE shipping for orders over 30 euros.

    3 euros cash on delivery for orders up to 30 euros.
    FREE cash on delivery for orders over 30 euros.

    You are not charged cash on delivery if you pay with a credit or debit card through the site (VIVA WALLET) 

    For areas OUTSIDE GREECE and for orders up to 60 euros, the shipping cost is 7 euros and the shipment is made by ELTA (registered with tracking number) or BOX NOW (for CYPRUS)

    4. WHERE CAN I SEE THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

    If the shipment was made with ELTA courier, go to the site https://www.elta-courier.gr/search and enter the code you have received from us via email or SMS.

    The code has the format NW260XXXXXXGR.


    If you have not received the code, please check your SPAM folder, alternatively contact us. (261 261 5185)

    5. WHAT IF I AM ABSENT WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

    If ELTA h Speedex courier comes to deliver your order and you are absent, then it is obliged to make another delivery attempt in the following days.
    If neither of the two attempts succeeds in delivering the goods to your hands, then it remains at the ELTA Courier branch for 10 days and at Speedex for 7 days from the date of arrival. With the shipping code, you can pick it up in person.

    6. IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF A RETURN?

    10. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


    You can cancel your order by calling us at 261 261 5185 or via e-mail at info@hechoropa.com .
    Depending on the progress of your order, we will inform you of the options you have.
    As long as the update is made within 2 hours of placing the order, cancellation is free of charge.
    However, if you cancel your order while the products have already been delivered to the carrier, then you will be charged the shipping costs (i.e. the costs of shipping the products to you, and this happens because the carrier charges us whether you receive them or not)

    11. CAN I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE GREECE?

    Yes, you can. The difference with orders outside Greece is that you cannot use the CASH ON DELIVERY payment method.
    You can ONLY pay using a credit or debit card.

    12. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE GREECE?

    For orders OUTSIDE GREECE up to 60 euros, the shipping cost is 5 euros and the shipment is made by ELTA (registered mail with tracking number) or through Speedex Courier and the cost is 7 euros.

    For orders OUTSIDE GREECE over 60 euros, the shipping cost is FREE and the shipment is made by ELTA (registered mail with tracking number)

    13. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

    The reasons why an order may be canceled are as follows:

    1. If you have previously placed an order and not received it without informing us of its cancellation (resulting in our being charged for shipping and taxes)

    2. If your information is not true or is misspelled

    3. If the product you ordered is not available for any reason
